AUTOCAP is a mediation program established to assist with problems that may arise
between a consumer and an AADA member dealer (and/or a member dealer’s used car entity.)
Participation is a membership requirement.

AWARE (Americans Well-informed on Automobile Retailing Economics) is a nonprofit national education campaign seeking to build a greater understanding among consumers about how auto financing works. The group aims to ensure that consumers have the tools and resources they need to successfully navigate the auto financing process. AWARE is the only group that focuses exclusively on the auto financing process in an unbiased web environment free of marketing, advertising or lead generation sales tactics. AWARE was formed by National Automobile Dealers Association, American Financial Services Association, and other automobile dealers and finance companies. |
